"Million Dollar" Moments
Tonight, agents Chad, Josh, and Madison close their final deals on the season finale of Million Dollar Listing. To celebrate a successful (and stressful) year for L.A.'s hottest agents, we're looking back at this season's most memorable moments. Be sure to tune in to the season finale of MDL on Bravo at 10/9c tonight for more priceless moments, but here are our top ten so far.
-
Monkey Business
MDL's third season kicks off with the three agents being oh so vain. Madison's working out (shirtless, obvi) Josh is scrutinizing his new 'do (looks like Chad's hair obsession rubbed off) and Chad? Chad's getting laser hair removal on his back. Chad explains it's tough to sell luxury properties when you "look like a monkey." For Chad, Madison, and Josh, there's only one thing more important than real estate -- good grooming.
-
Josh Didn't Start the Fire
You don't encounter many life-threatening scenarios in the real estate biz, unless of course you're Josh Flagg. Josh demonstrates the perils of paperwork when he starts a small fire in his home office.
-
My Girl
Chad has two girls in his life - girlfriend Victoria and soulmate Starla. The Chihuahua nearly chews the couple's relationship to bits when Chad demands dog custody should he and Victoria ever split. Hopefully Victoria has the foresight not to give her boyfriend an ultimatum: Me or the dog. (And yes, you can follow Starla on Twitter http://twitter.com/StarlatheChi)
-
Gr-8 Work
The clients on "Listing" seem to be equally wealthy and wacky. Take Madison's client, Kim. Instead of sticking with an expert, she consults her spiritual advisor and numerologist to decide what her house is worth. She has a special request for Madison -- all numbers in the listing price when added together must equal eight.
-
Know Your Audience
There's some friendly competition between agents Chad and Madison when the two are invited to speak at a real estate conference. The audience goes wild over Chad's speech and his bright pink socks, but Madison crashes faster than the LA market. Word of advice to Madison: know your audience. The Eskimos might very well have seven different words for snow, but that tidbit may not thrill a crowd of bored realtors.
-
It's My Party (And I'll Bail If I Want To
Being a twentysomething real estate agent who's responsible for multi-million dollar deals can be stressful. Josh decides to take his grandmother's advice and plans a party to let loose. He invites some friends and stocks up on booze (enough liquor to get the entire state of California buzzed), but there's only one problem -- the party's on, but Josh forgets to show up.
-
Piece of Cake
How much would you pay for a cake with your face on it? If you're Chad Rogers, you're willing to drop a cool $700 bucks on a delicious frosting recreation, all in the name of selling pricy properties. "Only time will tell if the investment will pay off," says Chad, who happily eats his own face.
-
Dirty Deals
Dr. Sam wants to lease his home in Bel Air, so he enlists agent Josh to do the dirty work. But it's Dr. Sam who gets dirty when he jokes he'd like to sleep with a potential renter's girlfriend. Here's a classic case of making business a little too personal.
-
The Swan Whisperer
Josh will do just about anything to jazz up a property. Have a boring outdoor pool? Don't bother with a float or two. Do it the Josh Flagg way - give it a little flair with a few rented swans! Here's the thing about renting swans - once they're splishin' and a splashin', they're not too keen about going back into lockdown. How long do you think Josh waddled around trying to coax the jumpy birds into their cages?
-
Madison's Out
For a man with so many labels, we're happy to say conclusively that Madison is gay. At least for now. Kudos to Madison for coming out on national television and for participating in a sexy photo shoot to protest Prop 8. But what's truly impressive? Managing to be straight, gay, bisexual, polycurious, polyamorous, and confused all in the span of three seasons.

Just discovered ! My favourite series on TV. I fiell in love ! many kisses for Madison from Poland :) Hugh!
Tomasz Kaminski
Dr. Sam is my dentist!!! He is so sweet and nice. I LOVE going to the dentist...lol. It doesn't hurt that he is so handsome and has a sexy British accent. He's also an excellent dentist and I truly love his staff.
Love ya Dr. Sam!
I really admire the relationship between Josh and his grandmother, you can tell they have alot of love and respect for each other and she is by far the most facinating person on that show! I enjoyed hearing about her life and struggles and I really felt the pain she was going thru when her and Josh were paying thier respects to his grandfather! I can only hope that I share such a strong and loving bond with my grandchildren when they become adults:)
Josh is the best because he is real and the least fake of the three. As a business man myself, I relate more to Josh than any of them. Chad seems like a serious dude who is so tied up in the next deal that he is going to throw away what is most important, his beautiful girl. Josh is right. Chad is a lost soul. Chad, wake up and start acting like a real man. And using that dog to help you sell homes is silly and makes you look phony.
Josh,
You are without a doubt my favorite on the show. I would love to know more about your Grandmother. She seem like such a fascinating lady.
I am in commercial real estate in NY for 25 years and this is the only real estate reality show I enjoy watching... One of the funniest parts was when two brokers were negotiating within two cars on Mulholland Drive and they kept opening and closing the windows negotiating with each other while they were advising the purchaser and buyer via mobile phone... and finally, they came to a deal. I hope they contiue the show, these are guys are real and they Rock...
When I first viewed the how I thought it wasn't very good. It didn't take me long to get hooked though.
Love all the guys for their individuality. How, in their own way they manage to get the job done.
I can't wait for next season. Thank you for letting us into your very personal lives.
love them all, for their own uniquness!! Josh is the best, a bit bitchy but a real-pro! Chad is a little serious, but a a good businessman, Madison is very honest and sweet!
All-together...very entertaining!
I really love the show; however, when are they ever going to show the realistic side of the real estate world, what it is like to work a deal for 45-60 days (let's face it that is how long it is taking deals to close thses days) and then you find out 10 days before closing and your deal falls through or the inspections killed the deal or the appraisal is not sufficient to work te loan, etc. All the deal breakers that are encountered daily by brokers. At times the acceptance of the offer is the most attainable aspect to a deal, what follows after. makes or breaks the broker.
Love you guys!!! Chad and Starly are precious! Keep up the great work! Smart and entertaining.
LOVE MADISON AND JOSH!
Any man who shows how much he loves his "grandmother" is alright
with me...I'm a Grandmom too and have grandchildren. He is a soft
compassionate man "my Josh" and what could be wrong with a guy
who loves his dog too!
Madison is in the wrong business...he should be in movies....his
good looks, personality and charm should lean towards a contract!
Thanks for a great show and I wish all of them happiness, good
health and all the best in their lives.
Ready for season 4. Love this show. Josh is so eccentric and my favorite.
chad, victoria, starla ~ you all rock!!!
Josh and Madison, you two are awesome.... nice to see good young men at work.
Madison i love the show and you baby. i wish you all the best in all your endeavors. personal and professional. you are beautiful both physically and as a person. madison thank you for standing up for of your fellow gay family members in NOH8. I HOPE I CAN MEET YOU IN PERSON SOMEDAY. BEST OF LUCK
LOVE YA MAN
WALT DOUGHTY
Thanks BRAVO! I'm loving Monday nights now! LOVE THE SHOW!!!!!!!!!! :) Can't wait for next season, or the next new episode for that matter! This is my first season watching the show, and I'm loving life! Josh- you're the man!Chad and Madison you guys rock as well. Keep those good, or bad deals coming!
The new fan.
I watched these 3 guys a lot and I’m always looking for a good realtor who can sell. 2 weeks ago I decided on Madison as the one I would hire because I liked his honesty. Then I saw how he got out of the closet by doing the photo shoot. None of the other male models had there name mentioned and in the shoot they have there faces covered. How is that getting out of the closet?
I do like Josh because he is creative in his decisions on selling. I have 81 acres you can put an airstrip on yet it would take some one like Josh to sell it.
Josh is such a great person. He is my favorite. I think he also sold the most this season also.
Madison is also a treat. He cares alot for his clients.
I don't know where you found Chad.
just discovered the show this season, after so many years of being just not that into tv. love MDL! josh was my fave, because he's so amusing. but, i recently met thee Chad Rogers in Hollywood. (i recently moved into the neighborhood where the W hollywood building is, and it is the best, most culturally vibrant and fun neighborhood in the world. EVERYTHING is here! live music in clubs and concerts venues, dance clubs, movie theaters, and theaters of the stage, bars, lounges, cafes, and restaurants -it's all here within walking distance of my new apartment; never mind that my room mates mother is coming to stay with us for nearly the entire duration of my holiday freakin stay-cation!!!!!!! -I'm mortified!
but, back to Chad; i was attending an event held by, i believe, the hollywood chamber of commerce, and the event was a super big thank you gourmet bbq for the men and women of the hollywood LAPD division. So, i get there with my two interns, and who, of all people, do i see but, none other than the Chadster! it was hilarious! he was with the "celebrities" serving food. so, i went up to him, just to tell him that i love the show, etc...
he asks me if i want to eat; heck, that's what i was there for, and he serves me fruit and salad, haha, i was all, WTF?!! Chad Rogers is serving me lunch! it blew my mind, haha! anyway, i took a pic with him and he was nothing but gracious and nice and very down to earth. I love him and his great girlfriend and starly-cakes! they rock!
and, because of the seriously good food, it may have been the very best bbq that i ever went to!
And if you ever come to LA and want a culture and nightlife experience come to Hollywood; between Santa Monica Blvd. and Franklin Ave, from Highland Ave. to Vine St. you will find it all, including the W hollywood building. Lucky is the woman that bought that penthouse!!!
WOOOW! LOVE THE SHOW AND DR.SAM TOO:)
We love the show. It is so very entertaining and we are extremely fond of all three young men. But we are especially crazy about Starlycakes!! Can she have her own spin-off show?
Pretty please?
The Beesley Sisters.
