Hey Madison, I like that you are the one who likes no conflicts or drama. Good for you. Very important when it comes to business deals, specially if you are on TV. The only thing that you should in my Option no do, is tough the tiolets on a open house to put down the lids and show that you didnt even wash your hands afterwards. I am a late comer to the show. . .just started watching reruns of season 2 and have to say I am hooked on Million Dollar Listing. My 'obsession' is due in very large part to your persona on the show. While I know a great deal of editing takes place on the show for continuity and other reasons, I still find your portrayal to be believable, professional, marture, and highly likeable. Your insistance on personal excellence and your search for self discovery and life balance are all as inspiring as they are genuine. Please continue doing the excellent job you have started. . . Love,Love your show! I just passed my boards, and ready to sale! My ultimate goal is to work as a developer in Palmdale, Ca! Yes, Palmdale! Its about 1 hour from Los Angeles, and there is lots of land. Trying to first sell these million-dollar homes that are either left by families or foreclosed. I would love to hear from you about how to sell or obtain listings for these type of properties. I currently work for young brokers who just opened their office, independantly. Competing with Coldwell, Remax, and Century21 can be stressful. We're not in the business in throwing in the towel! Email me with some suggestions! I need some advice as to how I get out to the USA to work as real estate agent, I am 28 and have my own successful letting agents in the UK. Dont know where to start or what qualifications I may need over there??

I really appreciate your tips-especially the ones about negative feedback and age having nothing to do with experience. When I entered real estate-everyone told me that it was the worst possible time and I was making a big mistake. Instead of letting those comments get me down, I chose to rise above them. I have a goal that I continue to work towards, plus I figure, I won't have to worry about all the naysayers joining the ranks of agents in my area (less competition!). Also, I look younger than I am-and though people won't tell me outright, I sense that they feel I am too young to know what I am doing. Education is definitely the key! Thanks for your important reminders!
