Josh the lunch was a nice way to treat the buyer as you made a cool 70k from the deal......but the keys on a tray of rose petals boring.....boring you could have still gone with that presentation, but the keys should have been attached to a gold key ring with your name, or a small ingraved keyring with your ph# this way in the future he could c/b or give to it family and friends or just remember you when he go to sell

your adorable..i worried with the slow market the show would suffer, but i love it even more...other than your fab grand mother and your parents you keep your personal life out of the show and your so interesting that there is so much more to want to know about you..don't be shy..do tell...you are the highlight of the show...although chad gives me the willies, i like that he's in the show because i'm always rooting for you to put him in his place. i believe you could do well in entertainment beyond reality tv..you have what people would pay to see, i would.

I am also in real estate for almost 5 yrs now. Me and my daughter 13 yrs old watch the show and enjoy it so much. I learned from you to represent the client and not just sell the property, thank you for that.
Hope the show stays.
One question I have, are these real live buyers and sellers? I hope they are not just actors.
Anyways, we enjoy it so much, can't wait for the next show. Also, you are right, never have seller and buyer meet.

Josh, you make me laugh. You are young and act just the person who you are. I am sure you were born with a silver spoon along with the other two realtors on the show. Nothing is wrong with growing up with cash and it looks like you are making your own mark just like your parents and grandmother...good for you...success and love is what life is all about. Hope to be selling homes in Beverly Hills, and Malibu soon also. I have my brokers license and do have to answer to any office, which good since i get 100% of the commission.
