Having such an incredible strong women like your Grandmother in your life is such a blessing. Aren't Grandparents the absolute best!?! And you were exactly what she needed in her life to properly honor her and everything she over came in her past. Allowing her to tell her story then putting it into words for us all to read and perhaps have a respect of those who did not make it is a beautiful gift. You may be a good real estate agent but I think the story you are telling makes you an amazing person.

Your a good kid and I think your Grandmother has kept you grounded just enough to remind you of what is important in life; being a human being.
The fact that you rolled up the sleeves in Montana was good to see..... it shows you are not afraid of a real hard days work, intstead of watching it happen on TV or on your Black Berry.
You should have brought the kid with the Bobby Cut with you....... I don't think his hands have ever touched the handle of a shovel

In the begining I didn't like you much. I saw you as arrogant and pushy. Since I have been watching i have come to change that opinon some. But I want to tell you I love the way you treat your grandmother. You are very kind and loving to her and I think that makes you a much better person. I have always told my children that they way people treat there parents is how you judge them. Your grandmother is amazing. The fact that you take them time to really sit down and talk to her about things is fantastic and the fact that you travel with her is just beyond. I can see total respect for her and you just don't see that kind of respect from children or grandchildren today. I can tell you that if I had a multimillion dollar home to sell I would trust you to sell it.

Hi Josh I am so excited about getting your book.When I saw that you and your grandmother last name I wondered if we could be related. I have been doing my own research of my family particularly my father side. I notice we have the same last name and I always wondered where did the Flagg's come from there's not very many Flagg's in this country and the one's I met we would do a family background research and learn we are related. Is your father a Flagg or is it your grandmother's people? My father passed in 2003 and left me and my brothers and sister a old Flagg book but it doesn't give information like I need.If can please give me some history of the Flagg's I would appreciate it so much a lot of question that my sibleings have would finally have a answer.

I am happy that I saw the show for the first time today. I have often thought about getting into real estate. I have worked in land development as a civil engineer and was layed off 6 months ago. You guys are a real inspiration to me. I am 27 and have a family but I believe that real estate is where I should be. Thank you for being taped and allowing your story to be shown on tv.
