I am known to go above and beyond to please my clients while showing properties. With the Levians, however, I wanted to make the close of escrow a special experience. Tying a big red bow around the house added a final touch to the end of an exciting process. It wasn't easy...and probably not the smartest idea to scale the balcony to wrap the facade of the house in satin; however when the Levians arrived "home" for the first time, the bow served as a symbol of my commitment and satisfaction of their purchase.
With only two episodes left, I'm excited to see what's still to come.
Our son has a home in Park city for sale. They have a wonderful agent...but it has not sold.
Would any of the three young businessmen be interested.
It is 8,000 sq. ft. on Ten acres...
Beautiful home, beautiful location...
I OF COURSE HAVE WATCHED THIS EPISODE IN RERUNS MANY TIMES. WRAPING THE HOUSE IN RED SILK WAS NOT ONLY DARING AMAZING AND STYLISH - BUT JUST TOTALLY - BETTER THAN A GIFT BASKET - AND - JOSH FLAGG SIGNATURE STYLE. BRAVO MY FRIEND WELL DONE
I watched the show and just now am watching a repeat. Maded me think of an idea I had. Josh Flagg is the one that made me really think of it in his going the extra mile for his clients. I am a Artist with my Medium being Cast Bronze. I have a new line of sculptures that look like homes, doing different activites. The main collection is called Home-Bodies. With other being Personalized Home-Bodies. They look like homes doing different activities. I can send pics of what I am talking about if any interest in this being a possible Gift to his/their clients. I can Personalize them say to profession, what their child likes, etc... People here love them. Take Care This email can be for any of the three if need be....just Josh is the person that I thought of. Is there a way to Reach him/them
