Chad reflects on the season finale and gives an update on his relationship with Victoria.

What a journey!
It feels like I have been to the moon and back this season and all of you got to come along for the ride. This market was one of the most challenging out of the 12 years I have been in real estate. Every homeowner has felt the market downturn even if they weren't in the market to sell. My client Bradley purchased his property for about $2,300,000 and was on the verge of foreclosure! As you saw, Bradley was very depressed and his world was turned upside down. I made it my mission to try and keep Bradley in his home. I always say: "Where there's a will, there's a way!"
I met with my mortgage broker who offered great advice which I gave to Bradley. At the end of the day, it all worked out and I was able to buy Bradley some time. I can't even begin to tell you the satisfaction I felt in helping a client from losing his home. Now I tell people commissions aren't everything especially when it comes to helping each other.
The Habitat for Humanity day was a lot of fun! I made myself a deal that I would leave my business out of this day as it wasn't about me, it was about Habitat for Humanity. You can see how frustrated I was when a few real estate agents kept wanting to focus on past business and personal issues which were not for the benefit of others. It felt as if the day was being cheapened and I was not going to be a part of that. The only reason why I was there was to work and give back to those in need as you clearly saw in the episode.
Sooooo Chad will be back on TV, I really hope it will be this show!!!

Though I don't agree with all of your life choices, I respect them, and your work ethic is outstanding. Miss you on the show, but changes are inevitable and part of moving forward.

Chad, isn't it great to be loved so much?? LOL! I miss your horribly on the show! I always thought, "If I were buying or selling a house, I would want THAT guy as my agent!!" You very much tried to do the best for your clients...and if you are still doing that, then you will have continued success! BEST OF LUCK!
Please,please bring Chad back!!!!! It's just not the same! You were the whole reason I watched the show in the first place! Madison is good but he's no Chad! I miss seeing you every week!

I am so missing you on 'Million Dollar Listings'. You were the one of the three that had an incredibly unique personality and strived for perfection in your business life. To be totally frank, the show is just not the same without you. I still watch the episodes, however, I find it to be a bland experience without you.
it was so good to see a young man so filled with excitement about life and living it to the hilt.
Please Bravo executives, BRING CHAD BACK, THE SOONER THE BETTER!!!

Please bring the three best characters back, it is such a sweet family in the making and so nice to see a real man treat a women with respect, and the dog, can u imagine the kind of dad he will be. Josh A. is also my fav and then Josh F. and what is so sad is that I just now started watching and just two shows and I miss Chad. please Bravo and Chad reconsider. Come back to your fans!

Where is CHAD this season? I have to say, I'm a new watcher, just caught up on last seasons shows. I'm hooked. Excited to see this seasons premier, but is not the same; sorry to say. I miss Chad and Starla! I hope they come back. Not sure if I will continue to watch without them. The Show seems to have lost something.
Where is my CHAD???? You could have gotten rid of Josh or Madison but not Chad. He is the reason I watched the show. Josh and his attitude suck. You can have a lot of money and be successful without being a jerk. Grandmother you spoiled him and not in a good way. Madison is a very sweet guy but no pizzazz. Please bring back Chad. The new guy seems to have some spirit and may work out but he is not Chad. This dude(Chad), is so weird he is addictive to watch. Please, Please, Please.
DITTO! Chad was the only reason I watched the show. He brought character to the show. Madison was replaceable. Josh, I know Chad and Josh didn't get along. Their squabbles brought character to the show as well.

Whats so odd, you'd think Beverly Hills would be one of the more expensive places to live. I live in the SF BAY AREA. Much more expensive place to live than LA. Piedmont, Danville, Blackhawk, San Francisco,Marin County the homes here have rebounded.
Sorry - I'm glad you're not back this year Chad! I wish you luck with your business - but you're so irritating to watch! You really need to be happy with yourself and quit worrying about what others think! Get over being bullied as a child - all kids get bullied... move on!

Hey man, jus watched the show the other day...n i have to say i fell in love with you ,no homo. I hv no idea how people come up comparing u to josh (judging frm tha other blogs) u are the MAN!!! PERIOD. I dn get it hw people fall for the grandma routine...no disrespect. its all cool how josh admires his grandma and all she's been through (with utmost respect) bt wen it comes to the job no1 gets it done lyk you. Having risen through the ranks at the tender age your in is a living testament that you are good...N to all tha haters out there id say screw them!!! Im a NERD!, compared to all the hopeless generics J-Z wana be's out there struglin with their identity crisis i think you have tha BALL'S for standing up against mainstream america n sayin fuck it, this is who i am if u hv a problem...bite me! Chad, I don't dislike you or like you. As I watch the show I feel really sorry for Starla. Walking around with her in a bag and using her to make deals. Tch, tch, tch. (animal rights watch). And Victoria? She is lovely. You can always find money but you can't always find love. She likes your gifts but it seems that she'd rather be more of a priority in your life and have your attention. Show some respect that doesn't have a price tag attached to it. For example, when you've promised to spend time with her and you have made special arrangements to be together and then somebody calls and you blow her off just to make a deal. Shame on you. I'm not Victoria but if I were I would seriously consider my relationship with you. Who knows, maybe her love for you is attached to your money and gifts. Your hair is like the Beatles revisited and I'd rather see your face. The thing that bothers me most about you is the CONSTANT name dropping. STOP IT! It's not impressive. I do wish you and Josh would both grow up. It takes two to tango and he knows how to push your buttons and you just fall for it.
I really enjoy watching the show, however starla is a way too pretty name to name a dog!

Chad, I wish you continue being successful throughout all your life, and NEVER, NEVER FORGET the family and moral values you have shown us you have. I think that Josh is very insecure and is jealous of you for some reason, and tries to look for any stupid reason to put you down so he can feel some type of satisfaction. Never stop being who you are, because being who you really are is part of your success. BRAVO, Chad! Bravooo!!!
Please don't drop down to Josh's level. His nose is out of joint because you out class him in all directions of life. Treat your girlfriend well and always stay true to your upbringing.
Love watching the show... You have a special gift compared to the other two. You don't look 30. And you look like my 18 year old son. He even has had the same hair style as you for a couple of years. Glad to hear your keeping your cell off when your with Victoria on your weekend getaways. Starla is cute. I think though the custody agreement is a bit much. I can see where legal agreements are useful but its hard on a relationship because it almost says..."I don't trust you". Thats definatly not the case of course but I'm sure it makes Victoria very uncomfortable. Take good care of her. She's a sweetie.

Chad i really thought of the three real estate agents you are the best, don't sell yourself short and carry that dog around with you. Please. I realize you all need gymics to help sell yourselves but you don't, the dog is defintely cute but not to drag around with you. I think it will hurt your sales. Your the guy to make this show the other two have nothing.

Chad I think you and starla are great. Wish I was younger! My Bandit is a long hair chachiuachua(Sorry wrong spelling) white and brown, him and starla would love each other. As long as he got just as much attention as starla. Can't wait for the next season of your show. Love to watch you at work. The other two are sooooo jealous of you.

Chad, I don't know what Victoria see in you!!!! You treat her very badly you by know means are good enough for her. If you don't stop putting work before life you will regret it latter in life and you will look back when you are and old man and say I wish i had done things different.

I watch your show and follow you on Twitter Chad! I have told you before, "Thank you!" for being so positive. Have you ever noticed that some ppl hate you because you are too happy and too positive?
Chad volunteered on Christmas at "The Mission" in L.A. every body! He tweeted about it, I was particularly interested as an old high school friend who is former drug addict and convicted felon is the head of their security and has been for quite some time. They saved one person anyway! Chad was so excited after serving, it brought a smile to my face. Just a good person huh Chad? Me too. I love my life.
