There is a book that I have read called Don't Sweat the Small Stuff, by Richard Carlson. This book has helped me learn how to keep my cool in stressful moments. Over the years, I have become the type of person who rides the wave of life and avoids confrontation. To me, life is too short to get worked up over always being right. There are never any winners in a face-off and even if there were, no one would ever admit to being wrong. Too much wasted energy can be spent analyzing a situation and it never really amounts to anything greater than personal satisfaction. No one is perfect and I'm certainly not. That being said, I have figured out along the way how to change my perception of what is really important in life - like family, friends, and my career. Oh, yeah, and my hair! (ha)

I'm human and sometimes there are definitely times that I have to go "there." It's usually when I feel that someone is just being blatantly disrespectful and dishonest with me. It's never an option to just let things slide without a confrontation of some sort.

In the final episode, I was driven to a point where I had to call a spade a spade. There is never a good time to do that and this time I had to address Josh in the middle of an interview. The interviewer (Jeff Hall) asked Madison, Josh, and I if we had encountered any differences/problems with each other while working in real estate. Josh said "No," Madison said "No," and I had to tell the truth and say, "Yes."

You project alot of confidence, but it comes across as you overcompensating for your insecurities. Like you say, "don't sweat the small stuff" - who cares if you apparently won the listing over Madison, just be proud of yourself and know that you don't need to rub it peoples' faces to feel good and proud about yourself and your accomplishments.

Hi Chad I like your style. Just finished classes to become a agent. Hope to become a MILLION DOLLAR STAR like you.

Chad,

you are a different breed, indeed. At first I didn't like you, but after awhile, I could see you are a good guy, a likable guy, and of course very professional. Your dedication will take you far...I would say this though, the concern you show with your hair is a bit much...but the lil dog is too cute.

You should have pushed Josh into that pool when he threatened your dog.
No one would ever think of saying something like that to me...it really got
me fuming last night.

I think you are by far the most talented of the three agents, but you DO need
to figure out how to have a personal life too. Unfortunately, I think you prefer
the excitement of working to anything else right now. Maybe if you work hard
for the next few years and really build up a huge stash you'll be more likely
to take it easy and devote yourself to someone else later in life.

Best wishes.

Hey Chad, I read a comment from "Lacey" and again...these people are ALL hating. Do not waste your precious time with them idiots. All negative sayers and what nots are a waste of time. They don't like what you have to do or say or how you deal with probs or situations, then they can hit the channel up or down button on the remote or even the on/off button. Case closed. Enjoy your time, while you're still young, on this television venture. You want to look back and be proud of yourself and make your family proud. Love your stuff.

You pay your bills, you pay for your food and you pay your own way. I read the blogs and they try to have some sort of influence on you;I just think they try to live vicariously. You don't have to change because someone or the masses have an opinion of you. Because it's exactly that...their opinion. Try not to get caught up. Life is too short. You do your own thing.

Chad don't pay anyone any mind about you or your hair. We love you even if you were bald or hairy. You're human. We love the fact that you're able to make fun of yourself and don't take yourself too seriously and enjoy your life and lifestyle. We love your mom.
