The third season of Bravo's popular docu-series Flipping Out returns on Tuesday, August 18 at 10 p.m. ET/PT, with everyone's favorite obsessive-compulsive house-flipper, Jeff Lewis. The economy has taken its toll on his business, but if anyone can figure out a way to flip things around and go from chaos to clarity, it's Lewis and his team.

Lewis makes his living with the help of a group of diverse and often disgruntled employees he counts as friends. These include his incredibly patient assistant Jenni Pulos, who still dreams of making it as an actress, despite seven years at Jeff's side, his beloved housekeeper Zoila, newly empowered and suddenly more flirtatious and feisty, and his business partner and former boyfriend, Ryan Brown. With the total collapse of the real estate market, Lewis finds himself in the uncomfortable position of having to take on design clients, while taking orders and being nice to people. This season Lewis will help Zoila date, reluctantly empowers Jenni, while managing the revolving door of colorful characters that staff his office. How does a house flipper, who can no longer "flip," keep from flipping out?
